HARRIS TWEED, the world's most iconic cloth, is handwoven by Islanders in their homes, in the Outer Hebrides.
It is the only item in the British Manufacturing Industry to have it's own leglislation. I recently discovered HARRIS TWEED as an alternative product in my handcrafted Bridal Collections.
I use Hebridean and Shetland yarn for my crocheted coin purses. The Hebridean yarn is handwashed, dyed and dried in the Hebridean air, the colours inspired by the land and seascape of the Outer Hebrides.
The Shetland Island Wool is celebrated for it's fineness, warmth and strength. The Croft Shetland colours represent the rich heritage of the Shetland Islands.
